Child Care Lawyer
PS Law LLP is a niche child care practice with offices in Northampton and Milton Keynes and is seeking to recruit a specialist child care lawyer to assist mainly at Northampton working alongside a strong and supportive team.
Applicants should be on the Law Society’s Children’s Panel and will be expected to manage a caseload of public law children and parent work undertaking their own advocacy. They will be an excellent team player, possess very high standards of client care, and have an ability to produce consistently high quality work under pressure.
The role will be based remotely for the time being in line with the current restrictions and guidance from HMCTS. The successful candidate will be proficient in IT and case management systems and paperless working. Full training and support will be made available where needed.
There is a highly competitive remuneration package on offer for the right candidate and applications for the role will be considered on a full or part- time basis.
